Goldfinch Meadow Flowers Guarantee
We truly appreciate your support and want you to be happy with your purchase. Each tuber is hand-inspected by me, Ashley, and carefully checked multiple times before it is shipped. We strive to send out the highest-quality tubers possible and guarantee that you will receive a viable tuber with at least one eye.
Please inspect your tubers upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns contact us at orders@goldfinchmeadow.com within 3 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with your tubers for any reason, we will do our best to work with you to make it right.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, pest pressure, or poor soil or growing conditions.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. If you would like to request a return, please contact us at orders@goldfinchmeadow.com within that time frame. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@goldfinchmeadow.com.
Canceling Orders
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.
